"So my friend made a review on my behalf regarding the 30 minute SWEDISH massage i received. Your WEBSITE literally says its a full body massage ( i wouldve added the screenshot if i could) however your staff was confused between themselves including YOU (THE OWNER) what it consists of since you replied to my friend’s review its just back and shoulder. It was a hassle convincing your technician that it was a full body massage. Moreover, we were not mad at the price but the bad service and HORRENDOUS attitude on your side trying to justify your bad service by all means. This is not the case with just us but ive read your replies to other reviews which shows you have little to no care about your customer’s experience. My boyfriend visited and paid before hand so no the price was never the issue. Your bad service was."
