"What an amazing lady Bailey is. First time here and everything was so amazing. Bailey made me feel so relaxed and comfortable being there. Asked me about the essential oils and asked if I had a preference and let me smell it before she used it. The whole upper body massage was so wonderful and relaxing. "Great services - their tech really pay attention to details. I received a 90 min facial + hands and lips treatment as well as a 60 mins massage. All were wonderful. My only complaint would be that they share their locker area with the hotel pool guests. It doesn't feel like a spa in that area... No toiletries products, no attendant cleaning this up, etc.The showers are like gym showers. They have their own resting area with different fruit waters, tea and coffee but you have to walk in your robe and slippers across the pool area to get to it. They can accommodate with a good and drink menu and order for you to have once your services are completed."

"I’ve seen Sophie for a massage a few times now and I’ve been so happy with her treatments! The office is very peaceful, the staff are very friendly and Sophie has incredible technique. I’ve come in for full body relaxing massage to relieve tension and I have left each time feeling completely rejuvenated! She is so thorough in her massage that it also allows me to be aware of where I hold more tension (that I don’t always realize on my own) so that I can continue to work on those areas on my own time. I wasn’t offered an apology to be kept waiting. The service is average for being in the high side of pricing. I was asked to check my brows and noted a few extra hairs that I wanted removed and was told they needed to be there. I said I wanted them gone. I don’t know why I need to explain myself."
