"Tried this spa on a Wednesday afternoon. The reception was welcoming and very friendly. She took the time to explain everything to us which was helpful. The facilities are clean and modern and the attendant was always available when you needed him. We tried the red light therapy and it was surprisingly refreshing. The sauna was like any other sauna but steam room had to be one of the best I have ever experienced. There is also a Jacuzzi which we didn't have time to go into but it looked clean and well maintained. We opted to sit and relax in there newly renovated sports lounge and enjoyed some refreshments. Over all it was one of the best spas we have been too and we will definitely be coming back. I would highly recommend!"

"Highly Recommend gentlemans spa in Markham! Great amenities which include red light therapy, cold plunge tub, traditional dry sauna, steam room and large sports lounge for relaxing. Had a massage with one of the Shiatsu girls Anna and she was amazing. One of the best I’ve had. The manager also offered me a frappuccino that was simply delicious, what a treat! 10/10 will definitely be returning."

Kevin applied just the right amount of pressure and focused on the areas of concern. The spa itself was very clean and well-maintained.
