"I remember when I first went / had never been to any saunas $50 for 2 hours sounded like it was a bit costly & the time might fly by. Now after having been 4 times I can say the 2 hours are very leisurely, I usually can't spend more than 25min per room anyways and by my 3rd session in a steam room or sauna I'm done. If you like saunas or want to check it out for the 1st time it's easily worth the cost."

"Teresa is so amazing and sweet and makes the laser experience so comfortable! I’ve seen great results after just 2 treatments so far on my lower legs, underarms, Brazilian, and on my face to help with acne. I had heard that laser was painful but there was basically no pain at all, just felt like a small poke in some of the more sensitive areas. She makes sure that the settings are right for your skin type and I had no marks or irritation at all after the treatment. She makes the whole experience feel really comfortable and easy. It’s pretty quick and it’s obvious that she wants to give you the best results possible. I would recommend True removal to anyone looking for laser and I’ll definitely continue going to see Teresa!"

"I have bee to sun wellness spa and the receptionist on October 18, 2024 at 6 pm was the most unwelcoming person ever. She took an order for hot stone massage and in the middle of the massage she said there will be no hot stone massage for that day in a very rude way. I would like to acknowledge the manager and the lady who massage because they tried to fix the problem.However despite thier effort to fix the problem, the receptionist continued to speak in a rude way about us for the other staff in front of us. Please mentor the receptionist to give good and respectful customer service and communicate with clients in a respectful manner."

Great prices too, the masseuses are strong and apply good pressure. Place is clean and the masseuses are friendly. "***EDIT new review The facial bar owner invited me back for the same facial with a senior aesthetician named Crystal. Crystal did a great job giving me the works facial and was very attentive to my skin. I do think my previous bad experience was a “one off” thing since she mentioned that they recently hired some new people. I will be going back since I enjoy the facials here. ***Old review recently visited Blitz bar because i haven’t had a chance to come since Covid but I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I had the works facial and honestly it was the worst facial I’ve had so far. I’m not sure if the aesthetician is new but she was very rough with my skin and overall just seemed like didn’t know what she was doing. When the facial just started it was going well until she did my diamond tip dermabrasion, she was dragging my skin downward instead of upwards and did not do a through job on my face. Also she failed to do a through extraction on my face, all she did was used a skin spatula on my nose very briefly and neglected the rest of my face. Lastly, the way she was massaging my face was very rough and she was dragging my skin downward as well. The facial was not relaxing at all because she was rough with my skin, I’m pretty disappointed since the works cost quite a bit so I was expecting a great experience."

"This place is truly special. Petr has incredible healing energy and just entering into the space made me feel so comfortable and safe. I have never tried any kind of therapy before and i really wanted to try somatic therapy because i felt like i was ready to release the trauma that i had stored in my body. We spoke for sometime and Petr guided me through releasing some intense emotions. Followed by massage that helped release the tension stored in my neck and back. I was feeling very stuck and constantly repeating cycles. I feel light already just after 2 sessions and i am so grateful that I found Petr (in the most divine intervension kind of way). If i could, i would recommend everyone to try somatic healing and massage with Petr. ????????????????"

"Noted: This massage place accepts direct billing to your insurance company and that's a plus in terms of just paying the difference instead of the full charge. The receptionist staff are friendly and knowledgeable in terms of the services they offer. All the questions I asked were answered with full explanation. They also offer a free membership where you commit to get a massage for a period of 6 months or a year at a discounted price. NOTED: Recommendation for future massage bookings, to check with booking staff as to the RMT's massage experience/background. In doing so as a client, I wouldn't be disappointed in my future massage bookings. April 4, 2025 My 5th visit and my RMT is Yasir, highly recommended! January 30, 2025 4th visit, booked a 60 massage with Yasir. He was recommended by another RMT if you want someone to do a deep tissue massage! Yasser is highly recommended! He knows how to give deep tissue massage and easing the knots and tight muscles areas. He's the best RMT I've had so far and will probably hire him for my future massage needs. December 31, 2024 - 2☆ rating 3rd visit and I had John, RMT and his style of massage reminds me of a "Turkish" style, which I find pretty rough and quite uncomfortable. It was a 90 minute deep tissue massage I booked. I realized John's experience is limited when it comes to deep tissue massage, he's probably more suited for relaxation massage style. I do not blame him however, I'll probably won't book his services in the future. December 29, 2024 - 3☆ rating 2nd visit and I had Randy, RMT and he was good in giving tips after the massage. It was a 60 minutes massage and his massage techniques are okay but not suited for my needs. December 27, 2024 - 4 ☆ rating Ist visit here and I had Tyler, RMT for a 90 minutes deep tissue massage and he was good! He was able to determine all the knots in my muscles and worked on it."

"I have gone to Massage Addict on the west mountain a handful of times in 2024 and every time I was completely satisfied with the services provided. Alex at reception was always courteous and welcoming, and Lukasz (my RMT) was very responsive to my needs. I found the massages I received to be very relaxing but with the right amount of pressure I was looking for. Booking last minute appointments can be a little difficult (best to book in advance with a decent amount of notice, I would usually book my next appointment when I was leaving my last appointment) but I also haven't had any appointments cancelled on my yet. I have even sent other family members to this location for their massage therapy needs. Overall a good place. Their prices have gone up recently (not sure if that is a market thing or not) but my insurance still covers this rate increase so I can't say it has really affected me all that much at this point. Keep up the great work!"

"I purchased a gift card for my mom to enjoy a pedicure, but the experience was extremely disappointing. For an $85 (plus tax) French pedicure, the service was subpar. The massage portion was minimal, and the French tips were uneven, requiring the nail technician to make corrections. To make matters worse, the technician instructed her to wait two hours before wearing shoes and suggested she walk back to her car in flip-flops in today’s -7°C weather—an utterly impractical and thoughtless recommendation. The service was overpriced, and the customer care was lacking. I would not recommend this spa for a pedicure."
