"I initially called to book an appointment with a recommended stylist, but they were unfortunately unavailable. Apprehensive about trying someone new due to past experiences at other salons, I was reassured by the receptionist that Janine would be a great fit and attentive to my preferences. Despite my nerves, Janine exceeded my expectations! She listened carefully to all my concerns and addressed them with professionalism and empathy. I requested a trim without losing much length, but also wanted my hair to look fuller at the bottom, and she delivered exactly that. I left the salon feeling both relieved and extremely happy with the service. I highly recommend Exhalo and Janine! I’ll definitely be back!"
