The attention to detail at Gold Tan and Sunset Spa is impressive. Everything from the cleanliness of the facilities, to the robes, to the friendly staff made my visit enjoyable. "I went to get a massage with my partner (we're a gay couple), and the entire experience was incredibly disappointing. The staff spent the whole session loudly talking in Chinese, making HOMOPHOBIC comments, BODY SHAMING us, and asking invasive questions throughout what was supposed to be a relaxing hour. It completely ruined what should have been a peaceful, zen experience. Honestly, the session would’ve been much better if they just put tape over their mouths! Additionally the massage was not worth the $80, they don't apply enough pressure and you have to ask them constantly to apply more. It honestly felt like they barely touched you."
