"Professional masseuses. They have a great hand and knowledge about each massage therapy. The receptionist on phone though, I suspect is the ower, is a bit rude at times. She put me on hold to get other calls and question why I take chair massage instead of table."

"From the moment I called to try this place out for a full body prenatal RMT massage to the moment I arrived and got my massage, I have nothing but positive things to say. The lady on the phone was extremely generous with booking me in and provided me with detailed instructions of how to arrive at the location as it can get confusing. Shallu has been doing my RMT prenatal massage. She makes sure to target all the spots needed. I always feel extremely relaxed and satisfied after leaving Heart Lake Massage Therapy. Highly recommend!"

"I was disappointed with my experience here. The check-in process felt rushed, and I wish they had provided an overview of what to expect beforehand. Something as simple as asking me to ensure my hair was well brushed could have made a big difference. The experience started well, and I enjoyed the first 15 minutes. However, it quickly went downhill. The shampoo felt like drugstore quality, and the woman was so rough that it hurt. I really wanted to like this place because it’s local, and I love a good head massage, but the lack of attention to detail completely ruined it for me.
