"Received treatment from Paulina today. She did a thorough assessment on me and worked through lots of sore tension spots and helped to release them. I initially suffered from frozen shoulder on left side but she worked on my right more today because that side was more tight. I didn't even realize myself and just felt umcomfortable all over my back before I went to see her. She was right though. After the treatment, I felt much more relieved and all of my pain is gone. She is a great practitioner because she possesses excellent assessment skills and treated based on judgment. Thank you so much!"

My mom was completely satisfied with her Spa afternoon, she told me of all the Spa’s she’s been to this was her favourite and it surpassed her expectations. "Elmwood Spa provided a great experience overall. The service was excellent, and the massages from RMTs Michelle and Janet were wonderful, according to my wife and daughter. The Sapphire Room offered a relaxing and private atmosphere, which they appreciated. The 3 course lunch was delicious, and restaurant staff were pleasant. The shared spaces, especially in the water therapy areas, felt overcrowded, with each zone seemingly designed for only six people. The women's change rooms were also packed, not much room to change. Crowded again as some guests were in the hot tubs/sauna lounging around as guests were trying to have just a few feet to get dressed. A bit awkward the design , as the hot tub is in the centre which lacked privacy for the guests changing around. Again it would be fine for smaller groups. The men's change room lacks these features? While the experience was enjoyable, the amenities could use some updates and better scheduling to accommodate guests for more of a relaxed feel."

But my claim was processed in 2 days. So no hassle. One of the best massage places in Toronto."

She threads my eyebrows very well, and she gives me suggestions on ways my brows can be shaped to make them look nicer (she asks before removing any hairs). Such a relaxing environment and she always ensures you are feeling comfortable— I have never felt so relaxed while getting my brows done! "Grace helped me so much! If you read no further at least know this. I was walking like a penguin from a foot injury last year that just would not go away. Every day i was in horrible pain and dreaded getting out of bed and putting weight on my leg. My wife and i were exploring downtown Ft Sask, and our path lead us to the door of R&J, my wife urged me to go in, even if i relax a bit she said..... and you don't argue with the boss right? :D The difference was profound, not only was my pain gone, but i was walking normal. I had no clue how effective the treatment of a professional RMT could be. If you are stressed and need to unwind, or you tweaked your shoulder in the back yard throwing a ball with the kiddo, or someone drilled you in the heel with a door...... make an appointment with Grace, and let her work her magic. "Maggie has made my visit comfortable and relaxing. I was not sure about the Morpheus 8 treatment (skeptical me ) but she reassured me that if the treatment is preformed by an experienced qualified nurse that is confident in the outcome it shows great results . I have had my second treatment pain level 1/10 to 3 / 10 as the numbing gel does its job , first treatment there was more redness and took a day or so longer to heal than the second but with the second my skin looks and feels fresher and has a glow .
