She was kind and adjusted pressure as needed. I found the massage great and enjoyed chatting with her, so much so that I booked my first ever 1 hour body massage with her as well. What. A. Treat!! "I have to be honest, I was feeling very stressed and having alot of backpain. Massage Addict was able to get me in last minute and quickly which was wonderful. The receptionist was very kind. However the massage therapist lady I had was not so professional. She swore multiple times, talked about her personal life and issues. complained about the room being too hot for her and was just very chatty and loud during the massage. This was the complete opposite of what I expected a relaxation massage to be. Don’t get me wrong, she did a great job at the massage part and was very nice but I don’t think I would go back to this location again based on this experience. Also, every time I would engage in her conversation, she would stop massaging. I feel like I lost out on a chunk of time despite paying for the full hour. I felt that the massage experience was overtaken by her lack of professionalism."

"I've been going to Q1 for years now and have had wonderful service every time. I've had a few different people do my nails over the years, and I'm happy each visit. Lucy is mainly who does them, but if she's on a holiday, I know I'm in good hands with her co workers. I am a bit of a pain as I keep my nails very short, so I'm sure that can become difficult to shape nicely. However, every single time I see her, she's able to make them stunningly beautiful! I constantly get compliments on my nails. She recommended bio gel as my nails are brittle from work. They hold up in tough conditions, and I'm happy I tried it. Highly recommend Q1. Side note- pedicures I get once in a while, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Pritti is fabulous!"

"Came into Nail Experts to have a fill done on a French manicure. Lynn rushed through the fill making several mistakes. 1. Thumbnails were cut significantly shorter than the rest of my nails. When I pointed this out she laughed and said "sorry I cut them too short". No offer to re-do them. 2. I had a broken pinky that needed a new tip. This nail is too long and not even with the other hand, acrylic put on is extremely thick. Only 1 coat of bubble bath base was put on and it has an obvious smudge that was simply ignored. 3. Acrylic is thick and bumpy on other nails and one finger feels like the top coat was only put on half of the nail. I have come to Nail Experts many times but the last couple times I have visited I have been extremely disappointed with the job done. Won't be returning."

"I read some reviews before going and wasn't sure what to expect. I did however keep an open mind. I enjoy deep tissue massages because my muscles get so tight and tense. I need a deep tissue massage where strong pressure is used to lossen up my muscles. The massage was deep tissue massage but the person asked me if it was too hard and was adjusting the pressure to match what I wanted. I would say the massage technique was slightly different from most massage places I have been too. Price was less than where I usually get massages, so that was a plus. The place was also clean and they were following COVID-19 protocols. They did say they accept credit card but preferred cash. Which is understandable for a small business. Overall, I liked the place and gave it 5 stars. Keep an open mind and the vibe I got was that it is geared toward male clientele."

"Wow… She fixed what multiple visits to my chiropractor and physio couldn’t. Woke up with random debilitating back pain one day out of the blue that persisted for months. I figured I should try a message and found she had immediate openings and great reviews. It was definitely alternative therapy mixed with traditional massage. Most of what she worked on wasn’t even my back, and she explained how your gut is connected to everything else. The next day the pain was down 70% and kept subsiding further in the days to follow.
