"First time here yesterday, massager is good but I have several things to complain. First of all, they don’t take your notes on online booking seriously. I wrote down I prefer woman massager for body massage, but end up send me a man. I understand your staff is professional, but I PREFER WOMAN TO TOUCH MY BODY. He did a great job anyway, great pressure and quiet, which provide a relax environment to me. Other thing is, he didn’t do the whole thing within 50mins body massage, he massaged my right shoulder, arm and hand, BUT HE MISSED MY WHOLE LEFT SIDE! I like the pressure and the way he massaged my legs, hip area and neck, but I would like if he can massage more my on back. One more thing, since I told them it’s first time for me here, but after the massager sent me to the room, he just left, he didn’t tell me where to put my stuff and what I need to do. I was so confused so I went back out and asked the receptionist. I probably won’t come back for body massage but I will come back for foot massage, it’s really good and reasonable price. I rather pay double to go back to my regular massage therapist for my back and shoulders. One reminder, don’t bring too much personal stuff there especially for foot massage, they don’t have basket or proper area to place your stuff, little crowded place."

"The first time I came here I loved the masseuse , I did a couples one with my best friend and it was relaxing. The interior gives a zen feel. The Thai massage isn’t that good (stretching didn’t feel relaxing and their elbows hurt a lot! I had Thai massage in Thailand and it should give a good pain not a pain that is uncomfortable ) but their Swedish is really relaxing I came here the second time to just do the Swedish, I had a guy named John I believe. He talked wayyyy too much, didn’t have any relaxing time so this is where I put the stars down to 3 . He was not doing Swedish AT ALL! Felt like a massage therapist rather then a relaxing one that’s Swedish massage. Barely got a head massage. He didn’t get to my hands and skipped my legs because my neck and shoulders were tensed. But I wasn’t here for a message therapy session, I was here for a relaxing zen Swedish full body massage. After the massage was done, he used a dry rough towel To wipe the oil off my body. This felt Like scratches on my sensitive skin. Most spa massage places uses a nice warm wet towel to wipe the oil off. The front receptionist lady is sweet and amazing. Overall: massage is ok, but the interior is beautiful and the staff is friendly I wouldn’t come here again, but try it as a first experience. I might have been unlucky with my masseuse"

"I finally got to try this spot today after dealing with a lower back injury. I have been for thai massages before throughout the city and this place is in the top top tier. Not because the massage from Bee was fantastic with just the right amount of deep tissue pressure and attention, but because the place goes over and above. I was met by the owner who gave me the backstory of why they opened, their experience, and future plans. At the same time he brought me a pre massage green tea. Following the massage Bee came in the room with a fresh squeezed orange juice. Finally they provide a robe & sandals and she directs you to the beautiful over the top spa steam shower complete with a really great body wash and lotions. This couple is really great and really deserve support from the community, not because of the great massage and environment, but they clearly care. :)"

"Got my nails done by the owner Jennifer exactly one ago. I was charged $65 (plus GST & tip - boom $75) and after getting home I inspected my nails in better lighting. Two of my nails are oval and the rest are almond shaped and the sides are all over the place. The polish it self has lumps and bumps (which my camera couldn’t capture but they’re there!) and the polish is so far away from my cuticles (which by the way she “did” cut my cuticles (they look trimmed to me hey - NOT). I’ll need another fill by the weekend which I usually get fills every 3rd week. Oh AND the gel polish still feels soft and if I push on it with my nail it dents (WTH?!?!) this tells me the products they use is super cheap. I understand this place is under new ownership however the salon isn’t up to standard not even a little. Her husband walks around chatting up the customers and picking out colours that was nothing I wanted. I now feel like he chats up the customers to distract the customer from paying attention to the bad work being done. Nope I’d say this is the worst place in Airdrie and for the price they are charging go to the posh chain salons because the work done here isn’t worth the high prices PERIOD! I’m attaching photos but they don’t do justice. Sincerely, feeling like I was ripped off customer!"

"Olivia is fantastic at flow spa. I've been coming to her for awhile with my partner. We both have great experiences with her. Unfortunately I had to cancel my most recent massage appointment more then 24 hours before my appointment on the web through my account, due to getting a cold. I received a phone call on the Friday when I originally booked my appointment for. The website obviously failed and didn't relay this message through to the spa. I got a pretty bad customer service phone call from RJ. Instead of blaming your customer for not cancelling. Maybe take a step back and realize your website clearly had an issue and didn't work properly and that is far from the customers fault. Customer service is key in business and I was absolutely shocked by how I was treated over the phone. I explained myself that I had cancelled due to a cold. I got a extremely rude response of "well now we have to find a someone to fill it" and then proceeds to say "I have go" and hangs the phone up on me. Absolutely unprofessional in so many ways. I feel for Olivia as she's just fantastic and we both really enjoyed going to her but however, after this experience.. My partner and I will not be returning. * Olivia my RMT is absolutely fantastic and this has nothing to do with her service she provides. She goes above and beyond and was always amazing!"
