And I love how they also have nail extension service, lash extension and hair extensions for a really good price. "I am early seventies. Used a sunscreen which caused severe allergic dermatitis in the Summer of 2023. Suddenly my skin was so sagged and wrinkled it was utterly depressing I had very good skin until this product Depressed I began looking into Botox and filler etc and voiced my upset to a friend at my vet’s office She said STOP ???? NO! Don’t do it! And referred me to Kate at First Avenue Medical Spa I was interested but skeptical… I felt every year my age years -in my face It took awhile but all along my friend - and Kate - and all of the staff at First Avenue Medical Spa kept gently encouraging me to be patient and explaining collagen took time to grow My first Morpheus 8 was the end of September 2024. My third and to date final treatment was the end of December. Kate then suggested injections of hyaluronic acid , collagen and Lord knows what else - but she did - and by then I was trusting the expertise Morpheus takes about 3 months to ‘kick in’. I am two weeks shy of three months and thrilled is an understatement! The other day a friend of 50 years asked me which birthday I had just had 71? 72? I said 73. Her response was ‘ No way I am looking at a 73 year old woman standing in front of me’ And what I am seeing in the mirror is a woman far younger than I either looked or felt. And looking younger makes me feel younger. I am SO happy and will be seeing Kate and First Avenue Medicsl Spa for annual upkeep and into the foreseeable future. I dropped years in six months Thank you!!!!"

"Attention, Attention Attention! Beautiful location, perfect local getaway even for a couple of hours, excellent facilities and the venue is spacious. A few attempts and you would be able to familiarize yourself on the map. Regrettably I have to inform the public that my boyfriend and I had a terrible experience when it came to customer service. Our massages wasn't sustainable at all , on both sides. I kindly ask Ken (my masseuse) to optimize the pressure and he just completely disregard my question. It felt as if he was caressing, it was an undelivered therapeutic massage. I would never recommend getting a massage there , it was the same experience for my boyfriend. Situation worsened as we left our rooms to go change into our regular attire. There was a young lady at the front desk who consistently kept on asking us to pay while we were in our robes thinking that we walked with our bags into the massage rooms. We had to explain to her multiple times that we needed to go to the locker room and we will pay on our departure. She followed us all over the facility until she finally decided to charge my card without my consent. (Maybe she felt we were going to escape without making a payment) This was odd to me as you have to give your credit card info in order to book a session. I personally wanted to use a different method of payment and preferred to have paid and make it a surprise for my boyfriend but she didn't allow for this to happen, she was antagonizing and condescending in so many ways. There is more to the story however I would prefer to keep it short, this experience made me and my boyfriend very uncomfortable as we are also people of color and we didn't want to jump to conclusions but she sure did try to make us feel that way. I wish I had asked for her name . I will work towards figuring out her shift that day and make a complaint against her."
