"I was having shoulder pain so I booked a therapeutic massage. First I had to wait 20 minutes for her to finish with another client. During my massage she left the room 3 or 4 times to deal with people coming in. No warning, jest left slamming the door. No compensation for the time either. But that's not the worst of it. The massage was painful. Although I told her and asked to her to go easy, she completely ignored me. Now 48 hours later, I am still in excruciating pain."

"you have to pay at least 10% for tips, the lady said it’s a must. Since when? i ve been to many places and this is the first time, i m asked to give at least 10%. Honestly, for better service ans cheaper, go somewhere else where you’ ll not feel ripped off. I paid 115$ +10% tips for 60 min massage."

"I got my nails from them last week and my nail art was all ruined and nail was broken the next day Jackie did my nail. First they were very accommodating to fix my nails again when they messed it up for me but when I got there Jackie, the tech who did my nails started fixing the mess she created in the first place with a very bad attitude and further messed the nails again I asked her politely to re do it as I though the design I chose might be too difficult for her and then I asked her to do a normal one but I also asked for the chrome on the normal nail art as I’ve already paid for it when she did it I didn’t like it then she was like , u don’t like it remove it by your own self u have wasted my time. I recommend not to choose this nail tech(Jackie) she don’t know how to do her work properly about the design secondly she is so rude ."
