"Booked a couple’s massage a week in advance as a birthday gift for my partner. We arrived 45 minutes early, checked in, and were told it was fine to step out briefly. We returned 5mins before our appointment time, only to be told they had double-booked the couple’s room and could no longer accommodate us. Despite having a full week to catch the error — and us arriving early — they gave the room to another couple. Their only solution was to reschedule. We left disappointed and frustrated. Their explanation for not accepting insurance (“it creates a mess”) only reinforced how disorganized they are. Would not trust them."
