"My shoulder was tight two weeks ago, so I asked a friend who stays in Vancouver for more than 5 years to recommend a massage place. This is the place she directed me to. The reception lady Sophia was so easy to communicate with, she helped me to booked an appointment right away. I came to do my massage with Ava, she was amazing!!! I felt so comfortable after 50 minutes. The following week, my shoulder felt so good, not tight any more. Today is the second time I came, without any doubt, it was a great experience again. I did not want to leave after 50 minutes???? In short, great place! Worth to come and have a try!"

"Had an excellent facial at this spa. Went for the $125 one. The esthetician very friMichelle wasendly and the hour and 45 minutes went by quickly. Extractions weren't too bad. This spa is located diagonally across from the sky train in one of the stores on the main floor in the onni condo building. (Northwest I think it's called?) If you like dogs, there is often a bichon fris that hangs out!"

"This is not a good place to go to for nails. They completely messed my toes up. They were super uneven and some were way shorter than others. Both feet look like they were done by different people because of how different they were. As you can see in the pictures, the colour was all over my cuticles and they didn’t clean around or under my toe nails. They missed multiple steps that ensure a long lasting pedicure and It seemed like the person who was doing them was not trained at all. If you do not have a trained employee for pedicures then you should not offer the service. The customer service was also lacking. When I came to get them fixed they were unprofessional and rude. I did not come at a busy time so they can not use that as an excuse. I was kind the whole time even though I was extremely frustrated with how they handled everything. Would give 0 stars if I could."
