"From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a friendly smile. The team at Sundace was excellent, patient and very knowledgeable. They were able to help us find a hot tub that fit our lifestyle and needs. We had been to various hot tub places around St. Catharines, but none compared to the amazing customer service, team knowledge and overall experience we received. Prices are competitive, but the great service and quality of the product was definitely a selling point. When it was delivered and installed, they made sure to go over the products for the hot tub and addressed any questions we had. Thank you Sundance Spa for our amazing hot tub! We love it!!!!"

But for the price it’s fantastic and overall quite clean (the same tools are used for everyone though so it’s all about what you’re comfortable with)"

"I LOVE this place so much! It has definitely become my serenity and I can barely wait between my floats. Wish I could go everyday. The lounge is so relaxing after your float too. Stay have a cup of tea and read a book if you choose. There is relaxing spa music playing in the background and it is a very peaceful place to be. I have met 2 employees plus the owner and they all have such a wonderful vibe which only adds to the experience in a good way."

Her personality is very inviting, and sweet, and I felt at ease the moment I stepped in. If you hold any insecurities about your body, do not worry. She does not rush, and takes her time. "I went for the $80 head massage on Sunday. I do not recommend it at all. She was so rough, I flinched the whole time. The only part that was relaxing was when she massaged the back on my neck. The water was luke warm at best, and she used her nails to massage the scalp. You can tell she was rushing to get through all the steps in 45 minutes. My suggestion to her is slow way down, maybe take some steps away so she can slow down. Ask if the pressure and water temps are good. Do not use your nails. The facial massage was the same motion over and over and quickly. Aside from the back of the neck massage, the whole thing was painful. I was so looking forward to it."
