"I recently visited Urban Retreat for a therapeutic massage with a head massage add-on. While the overall experience was okay, it fell short of my expectations. The therapist was professional, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive the head massage I had paid for, which was quite disappointing. I appreciate the clean and relaxing environment, but I’d suggest better communication to ensure clients receive the services they’ve requested."
