Au delà de la qualité de ses prestations, elle s’intéresse à la qualité des cils naturels, fais un nettoyage avant chaque pose, prends le temps de faire des poses propres, pas de cils croches, pas de gros dépôt de colle sur le ras du cils, les cils sont bien foncés et avec une belle qualité. Elle s’assure à chaque début de rv pour avoir un feedback sur la dernière pose faite et demande si le client aimerait des changements."

"I never had any issues here until recently. In the span of a month, I had 3 appointments cancelled on me. One of times, I was already seated and waiting for my RMT only to be told AFTER my appointment start time that the RMT was no longer available. I moved my work schedule around to make this appointment only to find out I had completely wasted my time. The receptionist told me he would take note of my name to let his manager know since at that point I had already been cancelled on twice in a row. He told me that the manager MIGHT reach out to make things right. I never heard from the manager. When I was cancelled on the third time, the receptionist offered another time but I was no longer available as I had scheduled this appointment weeks ago. To top it off, they sent me the wrong invoice with another clients personal information for an appointment they did actually follow through on. Highly disappointed they just can’t get it right."
