The staff was incredibly skilled and helpful, knew how to put one at ease and encouraged me to ask questions. I knew exactly what they were doing and why, and got useful tips on how to continue to improve my situation. I wish I had known about them sooner so I'd have gotten care for my pre and postnatal care for my 1st child as well. 100% recommend this place. Yasmine, all my thanks for your help."

"I went twice and the first time I was seen by Grace but not treated by her. The facials are pricey but because of the reviews I felt confident. The clinic felt overcrowded and I had to change rooms which I don’t mind but it also felt a little rushed. Second time I started with one person than change to a second one again It felt a little rushed and they push products that are quite expensive. Also Grace is no longer treating clients. Unfortunately I see no difference in my face. I also wrote this to them and got no feedback. Just my honest opinion."

"I have had multiple massages but this was by far the worst experience. I did not feel relaxed after my massage and felt pain in some area where I did not have pain. The RMT was breathing very heavy and chewing gum during the massage. My massage therapist also started by saying im taking you in early so I will be finishing early, but by the time the massage started it was past the time I was supposed to start anyway. She also finished the massage within 50 mins instead of 60 mins. I also found that she was using one hand and was doing different things on each side of my body. She also did not use any massage techniques but seemed like she was just rubbing the same spot over and over. It almost seemed like she did not have the education to be a massage therapist because no real massage technique was used."
