"I always enjoy my facial time at Tao spa. Winnie is an awesome person , who is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She is the only lady i go to for my facials and i trust her for selecting the type of facial i should get for my skin condition. She also makes custom facial oils, which are very good. The spa is super clean, staff is friendly. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a ‘real spa ‘ experience. You will not be disappointed."

I do have the email transfer proof and yes I did contact one of the owner of the spa. Yet, I also paid in cash. I think that facilitate the refund would have been a great collaboration with a customer that spent more than 5k within 3 months."
