Read a few comments below that people criticised for how outdated the place look and uniform doesn’t make sense. Hey if you have been to Korea, that’s exactly how Korean spa is like and that’s exactly their uniform for Korea spa (just have some respect to their culture), let along its a family’s spa. For 25 dollars you get access to so many facilities and scrub service, I wouldn’t complain AT ALL. The place may look old but it’s clean and neat. I will definitely come back and have recommended friends to try it out."

"Nick is a very knowledgeable and skilled massage therapist. Nick's therapeutic deep tissue massage treatments made it possible for me to get back to my normal daily activities and exercise routine. Nick listened to my concerns and by applying his knowledge of the muscular system he was able to target my muscles needing work. "I always look forward to my appointments at Grounded Body with Kristie! Her space is lovely, relaxing and welcoming (and clean and tidy). She is easy to contact and schedule time with her. Also she is easy to communicate with before, during and after my massage. Pressure and intensity are always spot on. I feel like it's more than a immensely relaxing RMT massage with Kristie because she is looking to actively address any issues i might have. I am a tap dancer, kick boxer, cyclist and tennis player. Kristie always takes the time to listen to my areas of concern and assess the best treatment for me during my time with her. I always leave feeling refreshed and like my body is healing. Also she gives me stretches I can do on my own to ease any tight areas on my own. I'm already stoked for my next appointment. Highly recommend. 11/10 !"

I myself am a RMT and am so grateful for the quality and care Fonda brings to her sessions! As I have some pretty heavy hardware in my legs from a snowboarding accident, and lost a little extension in my one leg, he did a really wonderful job isolating my issues, probably one of best massages I've had. The problem is I never know how vocal to be, felt comfortable and was able to get exactly what I needed.. the steam bath is so awesome, get it !"

"I absolutely love this gym! The front of house staff always know me by name and the schedule and variety of classes is wonderful. The classes change a bit every 3-6 months so something new is always coming up! There are lots of workshops to try out fun things like trampoline classes. All instructors are so accommodating and non-judgemental - it is a great place for newbies and experienced class go-ers alike. The facility is clean with towels, lockers, and yoga mats provided. The staff are the best and I really look forward to going, which is saying something for a gym workout!!"
