Was attended by Ms. May - it was half hour back massage and was good. 30m @ 42 CAD Nice clean business with good staff - highly recommended them. December 5th 2024: Had a very good massage by Ms. Nata - will try to come again. I strongly recommend this business. Feb 14th 2025:- Bowie was very knowledgeable and experienced- I have so many painful regions in neck shoulders and lower back and she handled very well. Strongly recommend this business."

"The reason for the poor review despite the kind and friendly staff: I called this clinic ahead of time and described what I was looking for (rehab for a hip issue, and I'm young...only 20 something). They told me to do physio instead of kine. Okay, so I went with it. I wanted a full assessment to see where the source of my hip issues were. All he had me do was walk toward him. He pointed out multiple times that one foot was bigger than the other. Okay...great? He said I have scoliosis. I've been to SO SO many practitioners over the years, and he's the only one that's said that. So I'm not so sure. He also said I have flat arches, but I know it's actually my weak ankles due to a previous injury. In the end, they did cupping which I always enjoy. The physio doc told me multiple times he'd email me a program to do at home...it's been almost a month and I haven't heard anything? So I left there no better off (besides some cupping) than before. I was the only caucasian, and I think most of these 5 star reviews are from their own culture. I'm not racist by any means of the word! Which is why I came here - solely because of the almost 5-star rating. But they weren't able to help me. I wasn't given exercises besides standing in front of a mirror and trying to keep my arch up. Anyway, the rating is due to the lack of at home exercises, the dirty floor that they had me walk barefoot on, the poor initial examination, the seemingly rushed appointment even though I paid for the extended one, they had me out of there early... I don't think I'll come back and can't recommend this clinic."

"My experience with Bodylab has been with Dr. Sarah Hopkins. Quite simply put, she is a human being who walks the earth with hands of a deity, and the grip strength that would put a 10 tonne press to shame. I was suffering from excruciating pain in my upper back / shoulder which kept me awake for a week. 40 minutes with her, and I slept like a baby that night. Since my job has created this issue, I see her regularly and she keeps me feeling comfortable and pain free from the rigors of my job. I can't say enough about her ability and her super friendly and understanding demeanor. Her office is clean, welcoming and very comfortable. Plenty of parking in the back. They also have a nice online booking system which integrates with your Google calendar seamlessly. In addition to Dr. Hopkins' masterful skill, she also offers very flexible time slots that work really well with my busy schedule...often available on Saturdays, holidays and late into the afternoon / early evening. Her pricing is very reasonable as well. It definitely won't break the bank to visit her. If you're in pain, go see Sarah!!!"

"I loved the nails I got last Sunday however 4 have popped off since then. I had one snap in half 3 days later and 3 others have completely popped off my nails. I haven’t been doing anything other than reading with my hands and this has not happened before. They usually do such a good job and my nails last at least 3 weeks before lifting. I spent $70 with tip and I’m very disappointed especially because I usually love this place and their services :("

"Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming staff. Went to a previous home operated laser place for treatment on an angioma and went multiple times with no results. Came here for the same reason and recieved a different laser treatment and saw results immediately. Thier equipment works well and staff knows how to use it to get good results."

It is well decorated and the credentials are clearly displayed. The massage was well done and professional. They went above and beyond one of the best massages I have ever had. He was thorough, and took my pain down from a 10 to a 2 in a matter of an hour. They gained a new client today, going to take my son as well.
