"How can you not feel relaxed here? Beautiful little spot with views of the water. Bright, clean, and cozy space. Not a huge spa but I was the only client at the time which made it even nicer in my opinion! I booked for a gel pedicure and it looks like work that came out of a magazine--clean, precise, and still flawless weeks later. 100% worth making an appointment."
"What an excellent experience for my wedding anniversary! Sara was very friendly and inviting. She explained steps to me as she was doing her treatments. I felt much better about my face and noticed the results for days after her treatment & getting compliments from the family!"

"I would like to express my disappointment regarding the pricing at Muse Wellness. I was charged $130 for a simple massage, despite my Blue Cross insurance covering unlimited RMT sessions. Unfortunately, they told, they could only claim $100, resulting in a $30 out-of-pocket expense. The receptionist's rude and arrogant demeanor was unwelcoming and concerning. Regrettably, I have decided not to return to this place. I strongly urge future clients to verify coverage details before booking a massage session, as unexpected payment requests may occur post-treatment. The rating I assign, whether one star or more, is based on the service provided by your staff. The discourteous demeanor of a staff member justifies a zero-star rating. The $130 charge for a seemingly basic massage prompts scrutiny regarding the value delivered by your RMT service. The discrepancy between this fee and industry standards, coupled with only $100 being claimed from insurance and an additional $30 from me, lacks transparency. I question the justification for a $130 price tag on what seems to be a straightforward massage. Notably, my Blue Cross coverage includes unlimited RMT sessions, leading me to wonder why the full amount was not claimed. The practice of withholding this information until post-treatment raises concerns about transparency. Consequently, my rating concludes at zero stars."
"Went here on June 29th, the front desk was very rude and uncooperative. The girl I ended up picking (forgot her name) was not putting much effort into the service and seemed rushed. Now, I been frequenting these "spas" for a long time and it definitely was not because I was nervous, but I did not even end up "finishing""
"I felt wasting my time to get massage there. My husband recommended specific therapist as he knows that I like hard pressure massage. I booked and requested for specific person. My experience was the opposite to what my husband told me. During the massage I didn’t feel the pressure much so I requested for a harder pressure. No acknowledge if she heard me or not and continued her own pressure. I felt as if the massage was just only light touch. I normally tip the therapist. But this time I didn’t feel satisfied enough to tip her. She looked at me when I paid her and asked for TIP. I just didnt feel like complaining as I thought she would know already that I don’t tip because I am not satisfied! So I ended up tip her just because she dared to ask. Then I talked to my husband about how his therapist looks like. And it didn’t seem to be the same person as who I requested for. I will never go back again. Just a disappointing experience"
"I've been to Polished Day spa for waxing services with Laticia and the experience is always amazing! Her technique is flawless and there's always minimal pain. I've moved to Grimsby and still make the trip, becuase she's that great! Would 100% reccomended!"

"It gives me pleasure to write a review for The Andrews Registered Massage and Spa. I have been a client of Grace for almost 10 years and have never experienced a better massage. They are always organized with appointments and emails. They also provide much appreciated friendly reminders. Every time I go to the clinic, they are very happy and professional. I love the techniques that Grace uses when treating me, which includes hot stones and warm towels. When I have an issue with my body, Grace knows what treatment will work to help relieve my pain. I go once a month for a massage and so glad I found her when I did because these 2 women are in such high demand. They are the best… Wish I could give more than 5 stars...…."
