"Luxurious treatment in such a good price. I loved being there. Staff was super welcoming and friendly. I was taken care by Sisi. She made sure i was comfortable throughout. I got head and body massage, they spent around 2.5 hours for everything. Super relaxed. The aura is so good! LOVED IT! Will definitely visit again and refer my friends!!"

"We had a very disappointing experience. My fiancé and I had a couples Vaalia appointment booked for 3:15 PM. When we arrived, the receptionist told us that we had no appointment and claimed that I had cancelled it 20 minutes earlier for 3:30 PM, which was not even our scheduled time. She insisted that someone spoke to her to cancel, with the same name as me but the number used was not mine. It’s extremely concerning that they cancelled our appointment without verifying the identity of the caller. We drove an hour and a half to get there, only to be turned away with no solution offered just a vague “sorry, I don’t know what happened.” It was frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of our time. Overall, a very poor experience."

"As an RMT myself, I hold high expectations for my massage therapists. Savannah exceeded every one of them. There is nobody else I will go to and the drive from edmonton to Leduc will always be worth it for a treatment with her."
