"I cannot recommend this spa highly enough! The amenities were fantastic and they really allowed for spaciousness in all of the hot tubs and saunas - NOTHING felt crowded. It’s a great day trip from Vermont and we recommend checking out Sherbrooke beforehand to make it a full day. We loved going to the spa in the evening to experience sunset on the river and the twinkling lights of the spa once the sun went down."

"My first booking with Lisa landed up being cancelled by her before the appointment family situation, couldn't get a booking for probably a month or so after that finally got in for my massage she was great at that rescheduled again because she was great at the massage so after I decided to book another appointment for my son and I then once again had the appointment cancelled again last minute (another family situation) was asked to reschedule Saturday or Sunday anytime so I asked for Sunday and by the time she responded back to me she had said she was already fully booked for Sunday and that I could reschedule next Sunday instead. Overall she's good at what she does but kinda unprofessional with clientele."

"My experience with Style Lounge has been frustrating and disappointing, not just once, but every single time I’ve visited. Two months ago, I asked clearly for curls, and they just straightened my hair instead. They weren’t even listening to what I wanted — and let’s be real, I’m not getting these services for free. I’m paying good money and still not receiving the results I ask for. Most recently, I came in for a hair color, showed a reference photo, and what I got was totally different — patchy, uneven, and it started fading every time I washed my hair. I reached out to them multiple times over the past two weeks to fix it, but instead of offering a proper correction, they kept asking for more money just to adjust their own mistake. I told them clearly that I didn’t want anything else from them — just a refund — but the owner refused and took no responsibility at all. This isn’t the first time either. One time they actually did give me curls, but they overcharged me more than what was reasonable. It’s clear they care more about money than customer satisfaction. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend Style Lounge to anyone who expects to be heard, respected, or treated fairly. I also attached another customer Proof of picture."
