"Finally decided to cancel my membership. Due to the lack of knowledge and professionalism of the receptionists working yesterday. I kept asking them questions about why do I have to keep updating my credit card and personal information on file every 3 months. I’ve updated it with all location every time they asked. It started to get suspicious on how often I had to update it. one receptionist kept repeating “we got a new update system it’s been on the works for 2 months and if you have an issue you need to talk to emerald hills massage heights. I’ve been working here for 3 years.” Like working at a location for a time length is not relevant to my concerns. I come month for a massage why didn’t ask to update my information in the last 3 months. The other receptionist kept looking at looking giving weird looks like I was a “Karen”. Which I really didn’t appreciate. So I’m glad to say good bye to massage heights. I’ve gone through so many good therapists at different locations but have gone 5 good therapists at the Windermere location makes you wonder why they are quitting from that location."
