    "First experience with Hinda and I really appreciated it. She has a great technique and the pressure was perfect for me. After the massage, I felt relaxed and lighter. The walls are a bit thin so you could hear other people talking a bit but it didn’t stop from booking my 2nd appointment. I do recommend her as she’s very knowledgeable."

    "Great place! I was here for my sister’s wedding and everyone was mega nice and made the day super special. All the hairdressers and makeup artist are well skilled and open to suggestions and changes which is refreshing! Michel did my hair with ideas from Pinterest and the results were even better than the photos I showed him! I highly recommend!!!"

    "Please scroll all the way down to see my full review. Customer Service: Poor. I purchased a Groupon for this place like many others who wrote reviews. I had to call in and reschedule the original appointment made (fyi: original appointment would be one week from today - 7 days notice) to the following Monday. An Asian man called me back as I left a voicemail (no one picked up when I called and the voicemail did not specify any information about their company so I only guessed I called the right number). I told him that I would like to reschedule the appointment to the following week and he tells me that they changed owners and no longer provide the service for my Groupon. He told me to get a refund from Groupon. I asked how I could prove to Groupon that you no longer provide this service. He ignored my question, spoke to someone else in the background and then, again, in a quick tone, told me to get a refund and hung up on me. When I first called in, I spoke to the same man and there was another woman. They were both unreliable, have an attitude and are not friendly. This review comes from me with a huge sign to 'STAY AWAY!' . . . Edit/Update: Since this incident, the owner (lady) called me back and expressed her willingness to reschedule an appointment. She said that she was on vacation when it occurred. It appeared that she was more concerned with my review and indicated that the man I spoke to was her husband, and does not normally attend to the business. She *sounded* apologetic and then told me the difficulty of upholding the Groupon agreement when the previous owner established it. . . . A couple weeks later (last week), a younger female called me and offered to refund the Groupon. She was apologetic and swift in delivering her promise. She sent the payment on behalf of UVall in the following day by e-transfer. In conclusion, the customer service and professional level on the phone can be improved in general. I'm not sure I would've received the final correspondence from this company had it not come to this stage. I cannot comment on the quality of their massage and therapies."
