"I recently had a massage at Massage Addict in Barrie, and while the actual massage experience was pleasant and the RMT Alexandra was great, the experience at the reception with Kayla unfortunately fell short. The 3 stars is just for the RMT Alexandra. After the massage, I waited quite a while as the receptionist tried to process two insurance claims. She mentioned that the system went down, which further delayed things. To make matters worse, after the wait, she asked my friend if she should process my insurance – exactly what we had been waiting for her to do all along! Overall, the massage itself was good, but dealing with the front desk was frustrating and disappointing, especially on what started as a nice, relaxing day. Some improvements in customer service and efficiency at the reception would really help."

"Amanda is an awesome RMT!!! I am a self proclaimed massage addict and have been treated by several registered massage therapists over the years. Amanda is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me overcome some lingering injuries. She understands the problem, knows how to fix it, and assists me with trying to keep the injury from returning. She also introduced me to cupping which has been amazing! Amanda knows all the muscular terms but she dumbs it done for me because I do not have a medical background and otherwise would have no idea what she's talking about. Her clinic is conveniently located and her online booking system is so easy to use!"

"I’ve been a customer of Pure & Simple for 10+ years. I moved to Durham in 2020 and switched to the Oshawa location from downtown Toronto to shortly after. If there was an option to give 10 stars I would. I have never had a bad facial here. Service is always outstanding. I love P&S because facials are what they know and do well. They aren’t like other spas that do pedicures, manicures, etc. They specialize in facials so when you go here you know you are getting the expertise."
