"I was at Sophie’s Beauty Spa and was treated like a special person. I honestly did not want to leave. The staff was warm and friendly. From the moment I walked through the doors I felt welcomed. I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I loved the body treatment, the massage and the facial. The cosmetician and massage therapist were very knowledgeable, professional and with a great disposition to answer all my questions. I love this Spa it is so serene and comfortable. The massage are divine. I had a stellar facial. When it was done, I spoke privately with the manager Sophie who took care of the situation above and beyond what I was expecting. I am thrilled with the continued service I get from this spa. Rest to say I left The spa with a huge smile on my face. I can't wait to go back and see Sophie. Always my favorite."

"Went in for a 30 minute massage which cost $50 I gave her a $100 bill just kept asking if I wanted other services I kept saying no wasn’t even 20 mins and she’s like time is up and wouldn’t give me my change back then just gave me a $20 bill and said rest is her tip she forcefully took the tip when I said no give me my change back. I would like to talk to management."
