"Went in to use my health benefits, leave with a $252 bill. Learn how to direct bill properly! When I checked my benefits account I don’t even see they attempted to direct bill my insurance company. Guess I’ll use my benefits elsewhere. Oh yeah never an issue at any other Leela Eco Spa locations, was a customer for 3 yrs."
