"Kelsey was excellent! Very professional, with a comfortable bedside manner. She was clear and easy to understand regarding the approach, as well as managing expectations for followup. I went in with some moderate shoulder pain due to over working, possibly had a minor tear. I had limited mobility turning neck, and was avoiding any weightlifting/heavy work. It was a last minute booking, which was amazing to have as an option instead of waiting weeks/months. The massage was incredibly effective. I felt mobility back almost immediately after getting off the table, and only general soreness from the deeper tissue work she did. Next day I was squatting, doing bench press and everything felt great. Would recommend her to anyone!"

"Just had the most relaxing spa experiences at Chill Head Spa. The place had a soothing atmosphere, you're welcomed with slippers and tea while filling out a questionnaire. You also get a scalp analysis before your treatment. I felt so relaxed and my hair has not been this soft in so long!! Everyone was very friendly and attentive during the session, there's also snacks and tea afterwards too! Definitely recommend for a self-pamper session or as gift."

"Dr malstrom is so awesome I had to log in to my business account so I can leave another awesome review. I deal with chronic neck and shoulder pain. I’ve been dealing with it for a few years now. I have bad posture which has caused some issues and usually every 3-4 months I start getting severe neck pain and headaches. I’ve been to different masseuse, osteopaths and types of therapy but none of them are nearly as affective as doctor malstrom. Went in again last week in bad pain, and after two sessions i feel better then I have in months. He gets insane cracks out of me like no other chiropractor I’ve ever tried. I don’t know what I’ll do when he retires one day, he’s the best! Thanks to dr malstrom and the awesome front desk staff! Can’t say enough good things."

"I had been meaning to schedule a float at GoFloat for awhile now and it so happened that some of my other friends wanted to try it out as well so we all booked a float. It has been a while since I’ve experienced floating and was very pleased with not only the atmosphere and the warm welcome but also the cleanliness of the studio and the tanks. We all went for 90 minutes and came out talking about our experience over dinner afterwards. We were all pleased and very very relaxed. I can certainly see myself continuing on with this as a habit and going deeper and deeper into that meditative state that I experienced. Definitely recommend!"
