"I'm never coming back. We went in for the couple's massage and fit us in despite a communication error on my part, so that was accommodating. The massage was relaxing, although I don't have much experience receiving massages. Overall, the people were nice and the experience was pleasant. I would try their other services as well. Despite that positive experience, my second groupon was redeemed without my knowledge or consent because I had missed an appointment due to a personal emergency. The staff were nice, but the manager claimed that I must pay an additional $65 on top of my groupon credit in order to access the service I had booked AFTER I made my complaint, because originally it would have been a $85 penalty! The service costs $139 but my groupon credit (what I had paid for out of pocket, not the promotion value) costs me $129. I was being asked to pay $194 for a service that's supposed to be $139!!!"

"I purchased anal bleaching kit . Very good deal! cuz on the Bryght’s website the same one is $50 more expensive. I had to wait for the delivery from US , arrived on time , box and product were not damaged. Using 3rd day only (applying twice per day) but already amazed by results! The skin is really becoming brighter???? No any irritations or uncomfortable feelings at all! Recommended to all friends already???? Thanks, Damon ."

"As a new client a mature respectable woman referred by my sister to go to this salon. But never imagining to receive such undeserving and unpleasant service. At my consultation which lasted 5 mins I was quite clear the type of eyebrows I expected, combo of microblading /microshading. I showed her one of the pictures on her Instagram that I liked. After my research online I knew for a fact that my request was feasible considering my situation. She assured me not to worry we will look at more pictures when you come in for the procedure which she never did, so I assumed she knew. But I did refresh her memory on the day of the procedure by saying what I wanted....she said ok. Anyway came out with failed eyebrows not the same shape, nor length and nothing close to what I expected. She never took measurements just drew an eyebrow shape by eye. She let me go without giving me the aftercare instructions, I had to ask the receptionist which she had to ask her. I called back 4 days later mentioned that I was not really satisfied of the results (always being polite) simply because it looked more like powdered brows (not a natural look for me) and if at my touch up appointment it can be corrected. She immediately replied, that she refused to do my touch up and will give me my money back! The issue here is she screws up and sends me out there to look for someone else to do the correction. This is unprofessional and the worse is she didn’t even apologize. I would of preferred her being honest and say I cannot provide the service you need. Quite dishonest all along. Now that the film peeled off my brows look messy and unpolished, cause prior to the procedure my eyebrows were not cleaned up well. I also noticed the first week ...very disappointed! I do not recommend this salon."

"I visited TruBliss Spa on my birthday. It was my first time at this spa and it was such a beautiful experience from the time I entered the door. The environment is beautiful and relaxing. I had chosen the Blissful Get Away package which I was able to customize. I upgraded my massage to 60 min and tweaked my facial to an express instead of 60 min. The receptionist upon booking was fantastic and very sweet. When I left the Spa I felt super relaxed! Addition to my facial, my skin feels more hydrated than ever and has been glowing. Thank you TruBliss Spa, I definitely will be back, and will definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for a relaxing and nourishing spa day. Best massage and facial experience I’ve had in such a long time. Can’t wait to try the other services offered here."

"Newly opened at Hwy 7 and East Beaver Creek. Came in after seeing some signage out front for grand opening special. Was greeted at the reception desk and inquired if it was my first time visiting. She then described the different services and settled on a foot massage to try things out The foot massage room was plenty spacious with 2 large chairs and a TV to keep you entertained. The therapist (Rose) went to work to get all the sore spots out. Will return back to try the body massage with back walking and take advantage of the opening promotion"

"I've never seen someone chase me out and ask for more tips. I want to know how short this person is. Just because she thinks that the tip she received is less than that of her colleagues, she asks us to make up the tip. This is ridiculous. It's really boring to keep asking for tips during the service."

"They are pretty good, very courteous with fair prices. No English, which I honestly like more than “English” in these places. The massage needed lotion, especially in the winter weather. There is also only one shower that everyone has to share which means you have to wait until someone else finishes to use it. There was also a certain smell when I was there. I think they need to hire a full time cleaner, especially for the washroom area. Other than that, I would highly recommend making the trip out to Markham! All of them have full makeup face and hair done, you will like what you see. They give you plenty of wipes so you don’t have to worry about catching something. I appreciated that!"
