"Went for a couples massage and it was horrible. Complete unprofessionalism — Julia and Sally were nice but they were chit chatting and laughing throughout the massage which was distracting from what was supposed to be a relaxing environment. When they spoke, the massage lacked, it was like a child playing with a toy not a professional RMT. No checking for pressure either, at times it was like a superficial rub and other times it was like she was trying to dislocate my shoulder. What a mess, the experience was trash there are better spas in Toronto ????"

"Booked an appointment through ClassPass (you have to call in because available slots aren't reflected on ClassPass) and I was very satisfied with the service. Naomi was so wonderful and focused on all the areas I had requested. We had a pleasant conversation and the service was great overall! It is not a spa like experience, but a very good experience/service for when you need a last minute "adjustment". Highly recommend!"

"I just visited this spa and was thoroughly impressed with the massage therapist’s (RMT) exceptional skill and service. He truly knows his craft, and his professionalism And technique ensured a deeply relaxing experience. Kudos to him for creatinf a calming and therapeutic session. The atmosphere is quiet and the olace exudes a serene zen quality making it perfect for a place to unwind. I also appreciated the thoughtful addition of a lounge with floor to criling glass windows overlooking the backyard, where you can drink their complementary coffee while bathing in the beauty of the trees. However, one area for improvement is inclusivity. Currently, the spa employs only one RMT, who happens to be a male. While I had positive experience, some clients may have cultural, religious, or personal preferences for a female therapist. Expanding their team to include therapists of diverse genders could make their services more accessible and i clusive to a wider range of clients."
