"It’s always hard trying to find a new massage place. I took the shot and booked an appointment with Jenny Souza, and let me tell you she is a miracle worker. I haven’t had a massage in 2 years and Jenny fixed me. She is great if you are an athlete looking for a deep tissue massage. I’ll definitely be coming back to her again. The waiting area is very inviting and the receptionist was very friendly and took the time to enter my benefits so I wouldn’t have to submit it online. Thank you!"

"I am absolutely overjoyed with my experience with Cloud 9 and the owner Lilly. I am amazed first off by the kindness and generosity of the owner herself and how she took me into her busy day with such sort notice to help me with some severe stress and head tension. I genuinely felt pampered and cared about and that meant a lot to me. The atmosphere is beautiful. One of the rooms overlook the Calgary downtown area. The room I was in had a really cool lighting vibe and the beds are very spacious and comfortable. The service itself was fantastic and my hair has literally never felt softer. My tensions felt like they had just melted away and the facial massage was the best I have ever had! This was an experience I will never forget and will definitely be coming back with friends next time :) Thanks so much! 10/10 stars from me!"

"Had a quick trip to calgary this weekend, wanted to have some relaxation day. We tried a lot of places that accepts couples massage but this is the only one that accepted couples massage that time and that wasn't a sketchy place to get one. The people here are most friendly and the vibe of the place was amazing' Didn't make us, especially me uncomfortable during the session. Location was perfect too as it's in downtown area. ???? % recommend! Deserves more than 5 stars!"

"I had come to this business with high hopes a while back, I was never the type to splurge on getting my hair done but decided to switch it up and was very excited and willing to spoil myself. I spent MORE THAN $500.00 in store with one hairdresser (J.R) and DID NOT receive what i asked for. I had asked for copper highlights and copper money peice I left the shop with neither (i left with strawberry blonde). I wanted to give it a chance see my hair in different lighting and hope it was something close to what I wanted. After sitting on it, being disappointed and really trying not to be a people pleaser I decided to stand up for myself and bring it up to the stylist in a very respectful way. I almost shy and embarrassed I had to let her know. She said to come back and she'd make my BLONDE highlights into copper which was the goal from the start. I went in and she dies my whole head red..not just the highlights. That resulted in all my hair being dark red and barely seeing the highlights if at all. Oh and the money peice? never did get, it but was charged for it. After talking to her back and forth she said she was getting ahold of her higher up. After waiting quite sometime I msgd her higher up and recieved nothing but disrespect and the info that my original hair stylist/dresser never even made her aware of the mistake they made after saying they would..had to go back and forth for her to even get an offer to fix my hair even tho I just wanted my money back at this point and she refused. The original hair stylist I had blocked me when I had mentioned her higher up said she didn't let her know about the issue. After everything I was through with this business all I was offered was for one of them to "fix" my hair and after it getting ruined I didn't want to let them touch it..so I had gotten an awful hair color compared to what I had asked and was told I was getting (ruined my hair) and was out more that $500.00. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR ANY HAIR COLORING. Or decent customer service. Bottom picture is what I received, there is NO MONEY PIECE. Darker hair picture is AFTER she tried to fix it by dying everything red...can't even see the highlights. Feel extremely taken advantage of. And the fact I was blocked when not doing anything but communicating, she knows she messed up. And the $400.00 in the msgs are before the hair products I bought from her and tip. So disappointed that people take advantage of people like this. The msg below is the msg that got me blocked for expressing my disappointment"
