"I never thought I had any scalp issues, but a friend recommended this place, so I decided to check it out. When they used a scalp analysis device, I was shocked to see how bad my scalp condition actually was. Jesse, the acupuncturist, was super kind and explained everything really well. He even gave me detailed home care tips, which I really appreciated. Starting in April, they’ll accept insurance for scalp treatments with acupuncture, so I’ll be using my company insurance here. If you’ve never had your scalp checked, I highly recommend it! I wash my hair every day and had no idea I had any issues. Great experience overall—definitely worth a visit! I’ll attach some photo so you guys can see for yourselves."

"Great location, lots of off street parking and the inside of the store is very clean and beautifully decorated. The ladies are always very sweet and have worked with me to arrange times for a massage even on very short notice. I have seen Nainie twice now and she has been very thorough with relieving my aches and pains. Her Thai techniques are AMAZING!! "I had a lovely overnight visit here. I wanted to have a little getaway for myself and I booked a room with a third-party agent. The agent certainly didn't live up to my expectations because when I got here, they didn't have a pet friendly room for my dog, which they quickly accommodated me for and didn't charge me for it. I was very grateful to stay on the west side of the building on the ground floor, which had immediate access to the outdoor and indoor pools. It was also an easy access to take my dog out to relieve itself. It was a long weekend, so I anticipated a lot of people and I was correct but I was still happy with my accommodation and the service. In the restaurant I believe my server's name was Angie I and she was just excellent and I know the table next to me was giving her a very hard time and she never let it get to her. She was very professional and unfortunately nothing could make those customers happy. She deserves a raise and a 12 week paid vacation. I was extremely happy with my meal and the service and the conversation we had. The weather was a little bit on the cool side and somewhat rainy, but still a beautiful place to come and visit. Of course it will be a little bit more expensive on a holiday weekend, but it was worth the trip. I wasn't disappointed and I'll come back someday with my dog and my dog also approves too as he had a great visit and a great sleep in the big king size bed with me. ????. "My experience at Serenity Spa and Lounge was excellent! It was my first time visiting this spa and I was impressed. The service provided (shellac pedicure) was wonderfully done, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the owners and staff were very friendly, personable and engaging. The owners went above and beyond to ensure excellent service by offering assistance to find nearby parking, providing a selection of complimentary teas to choose from and making the entire pedicure experience relaxing from start to finish. "friendly and professional staff. Clean rooms and beds. Not very fancy. Reasonable prices. You may need to ask for the firmness you require (if it feels too soft or too hard depending on the day). I recommend the 60 minute foot massage. The first 15 minutes includes soaking your feet in warm water (you can ask for hotter temperature if you feel it would feel better). Definitely worth it when youre in pain or just want to TREATYOSELF. It's not something I can afford as often as i like. But once in a while it's great. I enjoy going in early spring, just to move the aches and pains of physical changes (being sedentary most winter and starting to move more with warmer weather). They do offer registered massages at a slightly higher price. It may be worth depending on your medical benefits. Unfortunately every once in a while I'll come across a question on google that i feel may be worth addressing. So for those who may be wondering about other services beyond the standard massages... I understand that this may be a real inquiry. However you are targeting professionals at their their jobs. Working in the service industry is not an open invitation for unwanted harassment. If you are truly looking for sex workers, please redirect your questions to the appropriate industry."

"I'm writing this review on behalf of my girlfriend - Jessica (she doesn't have a gmail account). She went to see Nicole today at Flex and she really enjoyed her experience. She said that the environment was clean and cozy. Also, Nicole spent ample amount of time asking questions before the massage and also gave clear instructions before leaving the room. "This place is beat down, I wrote a review trying to help the host and in return the host is complaining about late check out. It's dirty and floor is marked everywhere. The host gives nothing but excuses and the furniture for this place Airbnb is poor to bad. I have posted positive review on Airbnb because I felt bad for the host. However I changed my mind after his review of my stay and late check out. The only thing I found nice about the place is the outside. Furniture is broken and garbage everywhere from the time you enter. The smell also is bad. The host will be kind and nice and dose nothing and places the blame on the guest after many have rented in the past and his excuses so now no more nice things in the rental. Steer away from this place and this business"

"My review got taken down for some reason so I’m reposting it for your ATTENTION - ( * make sure to confirm your price with them Before they do your nails and show them exactly what you want. Get them to tell you!! ) ( My nail appointment was on Tuesday the 11th I’m writing this on Friday the 14th.) Got my nails done about three days ago they already look like they’re grown out. She did not go down to my cuticle / start of my nail by the time she finished my nails, it was already 730. They closed at seven so I didn’t ask her to fix it because I didn’t want her to be upset with me and then try to sabotage my nails because she’s upset that I’m making her stay later so I didn’t say anything, When I left the appointment you could see my nail bed. Did not let me know the price before my appointment started and then they tried to charge me $73 for a refill, when two weeks before I came in and got a brand new set for $75!!! so why wouldn’t I have just got a brand new set of nails instead doesn’t make sense!!! The white is see-through so it makes my nails look like it’s dirty because she only did one coat they ended up giving me $10 off because I wasn’t understanding how the price of a refill equal two dollars less than the price of a brand new set of nails, so my total was $63 .When I questioned them about the price, they got mad at me and said come sit down then we’ll takeoff. We’ll takeoff and put on a solid colour if that’s what you want ( it’s not what I wanted )so I paid the $63 And left to go home and cry. $50 for a refill plus design, which they Never told me. - just want to add for owner I got there at 7pm as was my uber ordered for so I have receipt aswell and you took long past closing hours, ALSO TRUTH no one told me price beforehand AND I only wanted refills leave design from before on and add refill if I wanted to pay 74$ for refill and design why wouldn’t I pay for NEW SET that is ONLY 2$ more. you make no sense. BAD SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION"

"This is the best physiotherapy clinic I've ever been to. Every other place I went to they kept giving me more exercises but I already am an athlete. I needed healing. He adjusted my hip, straightened my legs, and it immediately made a big difference. Improved my mobility and pain significantly after just one visit.
