"It's always a treat going to the Grove! There are a few massage therapists I love to see there, which comes in handy booking apts with my limited schedule. They have always been very accommodating. Not to mention super knowledgeable and excellent teachers, I usually come in with a different injury once a month and they fix me right up. Not only was the technician charming and the conversation engaging (one needs this when you're laying down for two hours), the installation of the lashes was the most comfortable I have ever encountered. Jamie Lee is meticulous and fills your lashes with expertise you won't find at the bargain basement salons! I do not feel the lashes or the glue at all!! I urge you to make an appointment and visit! You will not be disappointed in the calibre of the service!"

"I have used this place for the spa services and they are fantastic. I recently went there for hair services, and it was very very underwhelming. Maybe I expected too much. The lady that did my hair was severely scatterbrained, running around in a hurry almost like she was constantly forgetting something. As it turns out, she was. She was forgetting Me! She was too busy juggling me and another client at the same time for the same thing! Extremely rude and unprofessional as my appointment was booked for almost a month in advance, and the other lady knew that this stylist was booked up and busy.(this other client admitted as much when she came in). Due to that process I had to stay and wait another 30 minutes because a section of my hair got completely missed!!! Upon doing some research of my own I have discovered that this particular stylist has received many bad reviews. I recommend that if you go to the salon do your research read all the reviews. If you attend for the spa services, all the technicians are fantastic and very pleasant."

"I have had many amazing treatments at Em Clinic since 2020! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I love the products they have to offer and you can also give a gift certificate. I have had a tattoo removed and in the process of having another removed. The treatment is quick and they provide numbing cream and cold air to help aid in the process. It is amazing how quickly the tattoo fades and how quick the results are! I would highly recommend."
