A little hesitant at first because I didn’t know much about it but Lita was great at explaining every step. Highlight for me, amongst many, was the before and after shots of my scalp! So incredible to see that and the knowledge she shared before, during and after, were so helpful and informative! The space itself was so serene and peaceful. This is a one on one service so it was intimate and very relaxing - exactly what I needed! I actually fell asleep during my appointment so that tells you how relaxing this experience was! The products used were of high quality, which was also available for purchase. Also, her certifications were so impressive! For one, she actually travelled to Japan to really be immersed in the true culture of ‘head spa’ and be trained under masters. Trust me when I say, you will be in good hands with Lita - literally! She’ll cater the service to your needs and really focus on that throughout the experience. I’m already looking forward to coming back soon and have already told my husband to book an appointment too, especially with his dry scalp issues.
