"2 weeks ago I had a pedicure with Tetiana. She did an excellent job. My feet were so smooth, all my calluses were gone. They are probably the only salon with a 2 stage disinfecting system. You need not worry about catching someone elses fungal infection at Roots Salon."

"this salon experience exceeded my expectations when going for an initial haircut! The staff was courteous and helpful. Received a relaxing scalp massage while washing my hair – could have fallen asleep as the chairs were extremely comfortable! The best part was my Stylist, Haven. She listened, Cut my Hair very close to what I imagined, and gave me styling tips as we went along. Very attentive, thorough and professional. Wonderful experience"

"Chanel was awesome and the lady at the front desk was great! Would for sure recommend! To comment on the 1 star reviews regarding the lady at the front desk, we saw so many drunk young guys with attitudes go in and she set them straight. If you walk in drunk at 3am or you walk in to haggle on pricing, you aren’t going to have a good time. Be respectful and you will be treated as such."
