"I have been twice. The massage is very different from RMT as it is the whole body. I found it profoundly relaxing and felt taller and much looser afterwards. I've also taken my Dad who is 75 and has scaitica, they were very careful with him and it helped a lot with the stiffness and pain. The staff are all lovely and it easy to get an appointment for the next day. Thank you!"

"DO NOT GO HERE. I came in for laser treatments and was SEVERELY burned. My face is now permanently scarred. When it first happened, the spa told me that they would cover any charges that would accumulate from repairing the damage, but have not kept their word. I have currently spent $300+ and they have given me $32. My doctor and dermatologist have continued to prescribe medications to repair the damage and scarring and I have undergone steroid injections. They are now recommending further treatments at over $1000+. The spa was incredibly negligent and not only put me in harms way from a simple hair removal service, but have left me with 4 massive scars on my face that I am now struggling to resolve. It is disgusting that they have chosen to ignore my correspondence (I have attempted to reach out privately various times) after being so kind and understanding about the entire situation. I am not someone who likes posting negative reviews, however this spa physically hurt me and never took responsibility. I feel like it is important for others to ensure their health is safe and find another place that will not only ensure they get the best service, but also take responsibility for their actions. I am now at the stage where I am debating taking action."

"Poor experience. I feel the exact same as I did before the massage. I had Greg as my masseuse. Spent 10 minutes explaining that I need a deep tissue massage only for my left trap and left shoulder. Visited strictly for this. Have had sever tightness for a few months now. Out of a 50 minute massage. I had about 5 minutes spent on my left trap. 0 work on my left shoulder. He massaged my back the whole time. Literally feels like a waste of money. My shoulder and trap literally feel the same as before my massage. Really upsetting especially since I took time out of my massage to explain exactly what I needed."
