"I'm not a fan of acupuncture. The website says "The needles aren't supposed to hurt, or if they do, then you'll just feel a dull ache"...but the needles actually hurt a lot. I was not informed of the side effects (worse pain, aches, etc) until literally just before the needles were inserted into my body. The acupuncturist made me very uncomfortable with personal questions. ...My foot still hurts."
"The RMTs are not accepting any new clients. I only found this out after numerous phone calls and leaving messages because no one would answer the phone or return my call. I think it would be smart to include that on your website so people don’t waste their time trying to reach you to book an appointment."
"Frist off Maggies salon environment is extremely relaxing. I felt comfortable straight away when meeting with her. Shes very honest with her services and recommendations but not at all pushy with selling you anything or pressuring you to return like some other places I've experienced. I would definitely recommend her service to anyone. She's done a beautiful job with my eyebrows. I'll be seeing her again, also going to be taking my daughters.☺️"

"My first visit to this place, the nail tech did a beautiful job, was the sweetest lady, and I was happy. Until I realized it was costing me around $65 for an acrylic REFILL. I have only ever paid $50 at the absolute maximum for a fill at any other salon. She did a good job, so I was still happy and didn’t mind the cost too much. Today I go in as they were having a promotion of 25% off, I thought it was great timing for my situation and all. The refill took almost 90 minutes- the longest a fill has ever taken for me. Half way through one of the other techs came over and took the colour I had chose right before she was about to paint, as his client wanted the same- no big deal. Instead of suggesting I get another colour, my tech spent another 25 minutes filing and buffing as she needed to kill time to wait for my colour. In this time she also made my cuticles irritated, cut, and messy. All of my nail beds are inflamed and red. Anywayyy. The nail tech was very kind and did a great job otherwise. Then I go to pay. They apply the 25% off of my $65 refill. I have exact cash ready as I had expected the price. She then tells me that when they do a promotion, that they ADD another 10% for “tax” on cash. Ridiculous!! Overpriced!! And when they do a “promotion” don’t expect it to be true. They add extra fees to make you pay more I definitely won’t be returning. Update! One nail cracked in half nearly 2 hours after appointment"
