All staff was really kind and professional, the view from the spa was literally picturesque, clean and comfy room… we spent amazing and relaxing time. Of course, I'm happy with the results, my skin became smooth and glowing. We also enjoyed shopping and sightseeing around the Hotel, I really like the North Vancouver area. We cannot wait to come back again!"

"I am so happy that I acted on my instincts after reading past reviews of Jay's work. I have had massages around town but also in several countries since I enjoy a massage when I travel. My experiences have all been positive but no one has been able to get to the problem in my hip as well as Jay at Relax body&mind. In fact, he hit all of the sore spots perfectly. Jay is very polite, his small studio is elegant and super clean and the location is convenient with a large parking lot. I am definitely going back!!"

"I had a 45min facial. I don't get them often but I had a giftcard and wow it was amazing. the staff were all super friendly, the bed was so comfortable and warm, my skin looked so nice and healthy afterwards and it was just such a lovely experience. Would recommend!!!"

"I got a gift card to Nail Splash last Christmas, and went after our Mexico trip. I was removing my extensions and putting on regular gel polish (to keep my natural nails as intact as possible). The nail technician they paired me up with had either never done this or it was usual that she did what she did to me - as she was constantly getting checked in on. She ended up using the file driller(?) so much that she broke through the middle of my nail. I was bleeding from almost every nail from the bonds being ripped off with the clippers. I kept saying it really hurt and asked her to please try to be more gentle as I am now bleeding from several nails, and the gentleman at the front desk kept checking in on her and «showing» her how to do it. I asked for a milky white gel polish, but she chose a bright pink one - the gentleman stepped in again and chose a milky white polish. She then proceeded to place 5(!!) layers of gel polish on my fingers, then the top coat - which stung like a mother due to all the cuts. My nails were barely hanging on as they were now paper thin, half broken and bleeding. When she was finally done the gentleman at the front asked if I was okay and said «so sorry». I paid full price (half GC/Half debit) and left in tears. I feel like I gave so many chances for them to interfere or take over, I also didn’t want to be rude - but I should have said something. I had to soak my fingers and bandage them up for a couple days for it to start to feel better. Please do not go here, I have truly never experienced anything quite like this. This was a while ago and I still think about it every time I get my nails done, so I felt like I had to say something."

"Went for a Mother’s Day pedi, and had the best experience at this spa. Eva took her time with the nail prep before, and did an amazing job with the nail painting. My feet are smooth and soft after the treatment. I felt very pampered and now I have beautiful nails. The ambiance in the spa is very relaxing, and I will certainly be going back again! I recommend this establishment."

I’ve personally undergone laser hair removal and have been extremely pleased with both the process and the results. The staff took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made me feel completely at ease throughout the experience. If you’re looking for a place that combines expert care, high-quality service, and a welcoming atmosphere, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend LiveWell Niagara."

"Stayed here for one night — check-in was at 3 PM and check-out was at 11 AM. It’s a good option if you want to visit the indoor waterpark, as tickets are included with the stay. If you’re not staying at the hotel, you’ll have to buy waterpark tickets separately for about $39 (plus tax). Breakfast is available, but it costs extra. The location is convenient with Boston Pizza, Starbucks, and grocery stores all nearby. Just a heads up: there’s also an additional charge for parking. Overall, a decent stay for a night if you're planning to enjoy the waterpark. There will be a $250 cleaning fee for those who choose not to follow the no smoking policy."
