"I have been to this Spa many times now and love it here. It can get busy at times but I recommend booking an early time slot and staying for as long as possible. The food and cocktails available inside aren't cheap but it's quality that is worth every penny. I also recommend checking out the Aufguss that is done hourly in one of the saunas. It is a great experience and the staff does an excellent job. I asked one of the mixologists what their favourite drink was and ended up getting one that wasn't on the menu (it was amazing). Go here and let all your worries drift away and enjoy the atmosphere. Do yourself a favour and enjoy a drink and some food as well."

"The location was warm and welcoming. The staff member, Shaylyn was lovely. But unfortunately what was supposed to be a pedicure to fix my dry feet/exfoliate, and calluses etc that I needed so desperately ... didn't go to plan. The skin on my heels were half done, dry skin sticking out and not smooth at all. Calluses were discussed but never dealt with. Unfortunately I was on a tight budget, and am unable to pay for another pedicure to try and fix this one now. I am not bad mouthing the staff member herself, but the pedicure was definitely not up to par for my expectations and price (compared to other spas/nail salons) when I was trying to help a local service vs. a chain, or fast paced environment."

She was so patient mapping them out to make sure I was happy with the shape, position, thickness, etc. I'm excited to see the final result once they fully heal, but I already love them! Update: My first experience was great and my second touch up appointment was even better! It was so relaxing I could have taken a nap. Anyone considering a powder brow, I would recommend getting them done with Magda!"

"Nav is so skilled at what she does! I have sensitive skin, and was afraid waxing would be unbearable. She is so quick and efficient, and makes the process comfortable and stress-free. Currently, I am 34 weeks pregnant and doing regular maternity Brazilian waxes with Nav. Other places don't even offer this option to pregnant women. She is so gentle and always has the best advice. I plan on doing laser with her once I finish breastfeeding. I would highly recommend Nav to anyone!"
