"Not happy here. I brought up my concern that I'm not getting the amount of time I'm paying for seeing as they charge for every 15 mins of service. A 90 minute massage, or any massage for that matter, includes the time it takes you to change, discuss your needs, and finally wait for the masseuse enter. So if you think you're getting an actual hour or longer massage, you're not. I've been overpaying for the last year and they couldn't give me a reasonable explanation for the missing time. I also specifically asked that they don't discuss my concern with my therapist as I didn't want any awkward feelings or conversation on my next visit. Management should have been able to deal with my concerns alone. They responded to me saying that they'll discuss with my therapist. I said I'm never coming back as they wouldn't respect my wishes and that's it. They had further response. Now I loose out on a therapist whom I was happy with and she looses out on the huge tip I'd leave every time. I hope you get the time you pay for and if not, question them."
