"I'm catching up on somethings and I wanted to post a review. I had a chance to visit Glamour by Krystal Beauty about 2 weeks ago and tried their Ultimate Head Spa service. I first walked in and the spa was sparkling and clean, I was greeted by two friendly ladies who brought me two the back where there were several massage tables and was given a robe to change into. Nikki performed my service and she was absolutely fabulous making sure I was comfortable and feeling good at all times. I wasn't feeling "good" ...I was feeling "amazing" and in heaven with this service, I didn't want it to end. After it was over, be prepared your hair and face does get wet, they brought me to the front where they have a hair salon to sit and enjoy complimentary hot tea. I was offered a complimentary blow dry which I took or I could pay to be professionally styled by one of their hair dressers. They have makeup artists on site, pedicures and manicures, body treatments and facials, anti aging treatments I would love to try. Brides getting married this place would be the bomb to bring your wedding party because there is so much room and while some get makeup, others get their hair styled and if others are bored they can get manis and pedis-how fun is that. Stay tuned as the manager Kim Bui who came to greet me and I work on packages for Tying It All Together and Tie the Knot Nuptials clients to get a discount! My experience was so divine I'm treating my daughter to this head treatment today and myself to a pedicure today as I can't wait to try more of their services and see what they are like. So far my first visit I give it a 5 out 5 ⭐️"

"I’ve gone to get manicure and pedicure but since it’s been a long while for that I’ll review about another service I use which is waxing. I try and go every 2-3 weeks as my brows are ridiculous and my favourite technician is Tiffany. She is so sweet and always ensures that I’m 100% happy with my brows before I leave and takes her time. I can’t wait until I have time to check out the Kingsway location but the Chelmsford one will always have a place in my heart as it’s close to home and I always have the best service anytime I go!"
