    "Such a fabulous experience! I was searching for a place to book a couple's massage for me and my husband and stumbled across this gem. We felt welcomed and at ease from the moment we walked in. We were taken into a room and given time and space to get ourselves ready; the ambiance was lovely. The ladies looking after us always made sure that we were comfortable and and relaxed. I had priced checked a few different places and this one was very competitive and well worth the price! Can't wait to go back! Huge thank you to Kam and her team!"

    "I have never had acupuncture before ad I was totally impresss with Gloria's skills. She was able to see the things that were my issues that I had not revealed to her and some I did not know about myself. I will continue with my treatments to see results!"

    "Will never be back!!!! Been going here for 8 years. Walked in with a photo was told no problem! He started the design and instantly I notice it looks nothing like the photo so I asked him to fix it. He tries to use a spiderweb gel which again looked nothing like the photo, finally he paints the lines on and starts putting on top coat without doing a second cost on the lines so it was very light and see through do I said they look great but can you please do a second coat on the lines so you can see them like the picture. He starts getting frustrated and starts painting more random lines making it look horrible and all over the place so I stop him and nicely say can you please not add more lines just add the second coat. He starts going off "you can only come see tam" she understands you and next time these will be 85 not 65. So I'm like how because I asked you to follow the picture? What are you charging another 20 dollars for because at first you said you could paint the butterflies then you made me pick stickers that were nothing like what I asked and then all you did was paint a couple lines, not a crazy design so how does that change the price because I asked you to fix what was wrong" which keep in mind my nails were a fill not a full set! He then tells me "he only gives those prices to people he likes" he was absolutely rude and unprofessional! He also ripped one of the butterflies in half and still used it for my nail!"

    "Genevieve is magic! She is so warm and easy to connect with, asked me questions to find out where I've been having issues and what I would like her to focus on. She helped me get wonderfully comfortable and relaxed by adding pillows and support, adjusting the music and lights, and guided me through the process of our session with a soft voice. She worked expertly on every spot we talked about during our consultation, and also found others that really needed help. I left our session feeling cared for, relaxed, informed, and excited to see her again. I am currently 20 weeks pregnant and so grateful for finding her! There's a reason she is highly recommended by so many in the Niagara community."

    "I started coming to MediSpa in January for laser and facials. I’m so impressed with their professionalism and welcoming environment. Each time I come the women are all friendly and caring making sure I feel comfortable going into each appointment. I have nothing but nice things to say about this company"

    "Marnie was great for my appointment. I enjoyed that aspect of coming in. If it were not for the reception, I would come back to see her again. Unfortunately it took over 30 minutes to be allowed to pay for my service. The receptionist had someone else pay as me (due to not asking for name after service) and it took him over 20 minutes to figure out how I could pay the amount I am suppose to rather than the extra $30-40. I then told him I had a gift card to cover some of the cost to which he replied “Oh I wish you’d just pay cash it’s less work for me”… which then took over another 10 minutes for him to put the gift card through. When he finally figured out that my total was $10, he entered it on the machine and said I could pay. He entered $0.10 instead of $10.00 and seemed annoyed when I told him. I guess I could have just paid the $0.10 to save some hassle for myself. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have had issues with reception there. The last time I went there, I paid for my service. They later submitted the cost to my insurance company, ultimately getting double payment for the service I received. They refused to reimburse me for over a week, which included a female receptionist yelling at me on the phone for their scam. Which is all unfortunate for the staff working there since I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s more people who do not return because of staff working the reception area. I only give this 2 stars because my actual appointment was great."

    "Me and my mom went got the 40 dollar hair massage each … not great at all it was very rushed not calming…I would suggest don’t do walk in …even if they encourage you too…Make an appointment… She rushed both me and my mom because there was a lady coming in for hair cut there was 4 other people working but only one lady doing the hair massages or the managers teenage son. The lady was named lily very kind but rushed through the 20 min head massage. And didn’t let me know when she was going to wash my face or talk me through anything. Don’t waste YOUR MONEY!!!! It was a 20 min head “Massage” And they didn’t put any hair conditioner in my moms hair.. the boy put one spray of leave in conditioner from and empty see through bottle…and the comb got stuck because the mangers son was doing he didn’t seem trained to do peoples hair …so try it but book appointment don’t do walk in and don’t do the basic scalp massage.. was waste of money!!"

    "I had a disappointing experience with laser treatment at RA Medical Aesthetic & Spa. The service did not meet my expectations, and I faced issues that were not properly addressed. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a bad experience for me. I expected better professionalism and care, but I was left unsatisfied. I appreciate your response, but I strongly disagree with the implication that my progress is solely due to irregular attendance. While I understand that consistency matters, I have attended multiple sessions and still haven’t seen the expected results. If more sessions were necessary from the start, that should have been made clearer before I committed to the treatment. I expect a fair resolution for this situation. Let me know how you plan to address this."
