"I have been to this place for massages on 31 March and did not get full 60 minutes massage but they charged me for for 60 minutes, i have reported this issue last week as well but no action has been taken by the manager. Manager did asked me for doctor’s note in email as I am postpartum but didn’t respond to email when I asked the manager that why I was not asked for doctor’s note when I booked myself for massage."

Your team appeared unprofessional, with members handling everything from massages to hair treatments and operating machines without the proper qualifications. This lack of specialization raises concerns about the quality and safety of the services provided. And yes, maybe—like most people—I tend to share negative experiences more often than positive ones. However, I encourage you to take a closer look at the reviews your place has received.
