"I have been enjoying massages in Renu Spa so I decided to try their facial. I felt it was below average for the price. The room didn’t have that cozy spa feeling, therapist used gloves during the whole treatment, which felt rubbery on my skin, no facial massage, no serum used before applying moisturizer. I enjoy treating myself for a good facial, unfortunately this one didn’t meet my standards."

"My husband booked me and my sister a spa day for my birthday which entailed a massage for myself, a body scrub for my sister and pedicures for both. The pedicure session was nice for both of us. However, the massage for myself didn’t feel relaxing and I could tell proper techniques weren’t used as I do often get massages. I actually had a bruise on my leg that kept getting pressed on despite me telling my therapist that it hurts, which resulted in my bruise hurting me more than it did before the massage. As for the body scrub my sister got, it felt rushed and not thorough enough for the service she was expecting. I have to say for the amount you pay for, you might be disappointed, as we were. The therapists were both very nice, but we unfortunately didn’t receive the service and experience we were excited for."

Gabe the manager was great with answering all/any questions I had regarding tub start up, water treatment and other information I needed. There was never pressure to purchase any one type of tub. I would highly recommend visiting Gabe if you are looking at purchasing a tub for your home."

"I booked ahead for an hour but the attendant showed up late, massaged for 15 minutes before wanting me to massage her, then jumped on top of me and done in less than 30 minutes. The massage sucked and I should only have paid for 30 mins. Not very good selection of women either. Best to avoid and go to a strip club instead."

"I have never been to a massage therapist before. Came in with a couple issues in my back. A recent injury to my upper back is what brought me in. The other issue was chronic sciatica. It had been with me for three years at varying levels of pain. Jen worked on the upper and lower back. I didn't lnow what to expect from massage therapy and I was not expecting much to be honest. However, after the first massage, to my shock, I was pain free in the lower back for the first time in years. We are continuing work on the upper back but it was fantastic that Jen was able to do what chiropractors and acupuncturists couldn't. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable she is about the body and her willingness to teach as much as you want to learn."

"Shannon is the best massage therapist I have ever had (that is a lot of RMT’s)! She listens to what you need and she massages accordingly. If you have injury related aches and pains, she will focus on that with great results! Highly recommend!"

"M daughter went in for a full set. The cost advertised it $60, hers were long so additional fee is to be expected. Fee for long nails is $15. They also added on a $10 fee for shaping. I have never seen anywhere that does not include shaping in the fee. Also the shaping consisted of clipping off the corners and minimal filing. Outcome of nail is very dis-satisfying. Nails are way too wide and go over her finger. Completely flooded and extremely thick. Cannot recommend this place at all. Not trying to be mean, we still tipped to be respectful of time, but very dis-satisfied for $85"
