"Fraudsters!! Try some other massage providers but not them. I visited them and after 10 mins the girl went out and never came back. When I confronted, she asked for tips and behaved rudely. If you argue with them, they will most likely harass you with anything. Guys pls dont go there if you wanna be safe and secure."

"This salon is by far the best they fixed a terrible job done by another establishment. Not only did they fix it, but they went above and beyond i was there past closing time. Every single one of the staff members has talented hands and great attention to detail. The salon itself is a relaxing environment. I cannot wait to go back for my fill and book friends to come with me. I found a dimond in the ruff. Th other salon that finished hours earlier couldn't do the design I requested after reassuring me they could. I left with something done that looked nothing like what I requested. "Booked a firm massage with Shaina. Arrived early as advised and found the place in the maze of halls from the main hotel entrance. While the wayfinding signs are mostly great, the one at the exit to the pools is confusing. It is above the door, but next to a stairwell and just points down. If you are not a hotel guest, you can't use a room card to get out to the pools (the obvious exit control) so need to press the button on the nondescript intercom next the door, wait for them to respond, and get buzzed in. A sign on the intercom would be more helpful. Once inside, it was lovely. The front desk staffer was very helpful in letting me know where everything was. The (off season) pool fee was $75, so I declined (have a free pass to the public pool from my hotel anyway). Flavored water was available in the lobby and the waiting room had a selection of teas and hot chocolate with comfortable chairs and peaceful music. My masseuse Shaina was very professional and had clearly read my booking notes about my focus areas and allergies. We determined that the Indian spice products would be fine, though she was fully prepared to use scent free oils which I appreciated. The room was peaceful and Shaina made sure to check that I liked the table heat and the pressure levels. While I usually take more pressure from my RMT, I didn't want to walk away (good) sore on vacation like I often do at home, but it was plenty firm to work out kinks I didn't even know were there. I especially loved the scalp and foot work. And the hot towels were heaven. I was very impressed with Shaina's draping skills too. Everything she wasn't actively working on remained tightly wrapped so I was never cold. Once done, I loved that I wasn't rushed out of the treatment room and was advised to get up slowly to readjust as it allowed me to maintain my new calm as I wrapped up. Shaina met me outside, offered me more flavored water, and invited me to rest a bit more in the waiting room if I wanted. She also recommended taking the next hour to relax and said the walk to the hot Spring source was pleasant and the hot Spring pools there were a local favorite. I appreciated the advice and care to enrich my stay in town."

"While I can’t speak on treatment as I believe it’s depends on the individual. The waiting area is nice and cozy. The massage rooms are quite spacious and quiet. They do uphold privacy for you before, during and after treatment. Good news to the introverts you don’t have to talk during the session. They even go above and beyond with service by providing advice on preventative care and appointment management. They are covered by most insurance and do direct billing, with a bonus first time discount as well as a membership rate and specific organization rates. One downside I noticed that they ask me to fill out a comfort form stating where you can and can’t be touched, so be sure to mention it to your masseuse prior to treatment."

"From what I’ve seen you can’t go wrong with any RMT here, but Jennifer is my GIRL. I’ve had multiple massages while away travelling this past year - usually at much higher prices - but I almost always come out of them wishing I could fly right home to see Jenn. She has such a thorough knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and I always come out feeling like a million bucks. I get a lot of neck/lower back pain in my job and have struggled in the past finding someone who can get right in there, but she always knows the perfect spots. She’s also the only RMT I’ve ever had who massages shin splints! Otium is beautiful, the music is super relaxing (classic spa playlists which are my favourite), and the beds are so comfortable with pillows and towels to go over your hair/face so you can really decompress. HIGHLY recommend!!"

Once you are in, keep following the hall way until the end, you won't miss it. They take multiple benefits companies and let you know what/if the services are covered before you go in. "Visited Supreme Spa back on Sunday. March 27/2022, but kept forgetting to write this. I had booked a 1 hr appt for 11 am on Saturday night. Was very easy to book through text. Brief questions are okay, but specifics are preferred tk be discussed with the girl you see when you get there. Morning of the 27th, 30 mins before the appt I received a friendly text as an appt reminder & to ask if I was still coming. Once I got there & walked in, I only waited a few seconds before I was greeted by 1 of the 2 girls working that day (assuming only 2 because it was a Sunday). I mentioned I was there for an 11 am appt, & was led to a spa room. (When you walk in you're immediately in a small porch/ mudroom area for you to remove your footwear & the actual door going in is locked). I sadly didn't catch the names of the girls I saw (I opted for their 4 hands massage option), but if I could give 10/10 stars I would. I will definitely be going back again soon, during the week when I have some time."
