The salon is very clean and well kept, they offered water, coffee, or tea while you wait and are super organized as well! Moving onto the hair process, my stylist Samantha was very sweet and understanding about what I wanted done with my hair since I had virgin hair walking in, and she gave me the most beautiful highlights and cut, exactly what I wanted, and gave me some amazing tips to maintain this new hair, and was open to any questions I had about any products I wondered if I should be using or could still use, super professional, very kind, and I'm so happy I got to have her as my stylist! "After a session with Fabio, I always leave feeling SO much better. Physically, emotionally, and spiritually. He is a true Professional and a natural born Healer who really listens and helps me bring my busy mind and attention back to my breathing. His pain relieving massage techniques are very effective and unlike anyone else’s. I highly recommend his 90 min sessions, as they allow enough time to address all my issues and include some grounding energy work and reiki which provides an all around feeling of well-being."

"The customer service from the girls was fantastic. The technicians answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable at all times. Unfortunately, out of the 7 sessions of laser treatment I completed for my face, I was burned 3 times. Can’t help but wonder if it’s because the technicians haven’t been doing laser on melanated skin for a long time. At my last session, the technician was on the phone with her boss, while I was in the room, in order to figure out which setting to use on my face. It didn’t inspire a lot of confidence in the moment. I was hoping to go back for other zones but unfortunately won’t be doing so."
