"Initially came here to get a russian manicure with Katya (she’s amazing), eyebrow shaping and a pedicure. Left the salon only to realize they forgot the top coat on my pedicure and was stuck going to another nail salon to fix it. When I informed the manager of the situation she told me to come back (which was too late I already paid for the service elsewhere and i live an hour away) the manager offered me a manicure service for free for the next appointment. Called multiple times to confirm with her before taking my appointment, she never responded so I told the secretary the situation she took my appointment told me yes it will be free i asked for a russian manicure again. Comes the day for the second appointment, they had scheduled me a regular manicure instead I said fine, the manager was 20min late for my appointment, she rushed her work was harsh and when it came time to leave she said she was only giving me a 15% discount??? sorry why would i mobilize all the way to a salon that I paid for a service that I did not receive to its fullest to get a botched manicure with over-flooded cuticles… Edit: It seems that much of your response does not align with what actually happened. My review was an honest reflection of my experience, intended to help others make informed decisions and avoid unprofessional service. I have no interest in going back and forth on this matter through Google reviews. The opportunity to address my concerns was missed when your manager repeatedly failed to respond to my calls in a timely manner, and the lack of clear communication led to further frustration. This service was for a very special moment for me, and unfortunately, it left me with a very disappointing experience. While I appreciate your gesture of goodwill, the overall experience did not meet the expectations of such establishment. the service was rushed my esthetician (the manager was checking her phone during my appointment) ((you have cameras you can check if you need proof)). I also sent a picture for proof that the top coat was missing and that’s when I received a call back from the manager (you can refer to the picture I have attached as proof) the day of the initial appointment. I understand mistakes happen I don’t blame the esthetician for that, but this is a business and I paid for a service. I was told I was going to get a free manicure to rectify a situation but instead we are stuck in a he said/she said argument with a beauty salon that i paid a hefty price to avoid situations like these… the manicure i got was still rushed and botchy and this appointment is supposed to give this salon another shot.. very professional…"
"I had a wonderful massage with Robert - the room was clean, comfortable and inviting, and the massage itself was delightfully relaxing. I was very happy with Robert's professionalism and skills. I will definitely be back!"
