"For what you get, the price is insane. I tried this place for the first time today because my normal place in Chinatown was fully booked. I found them to be very professional, friendly and that they really listened to what I requested. I truly feel so much better after visiting. I drove 10 hours the day before and my lower back was really sore. I noticed they don’t really use a timer but it ended up being around the time that I paid for. I’m not going to get upset over 3 or 4 minutes for a 90 minute massage."

"I recently went to the Guerlain spa at hotel X for a body scrub, wrap and massage and had the most amazing experience. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet and professional and made me feel at home from the moment I entered the spa. The lady who did my treatment, Soonita, was fantastic. She took the time to explain to me which products she was using on me and the benefits from the skin care ingredients. She also gave me a fabulous massage to end my treatment. The spa is very clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing. I highly recommend this spa!"

"We had a massage with my friend. Supposedly foot soaking, foot reflexology and shiatsu body. The length of the massages was respected. Nevertheless only one of the masseuses actually knew her job. The other did not know how to massage and didn't care at all. She made random movements even after comments from us. Deplorable attitude, she even massaged my face on my make-up without washing her hands. I have to point that the other masseuse was very professional and my friend had a good experience."

"Make sure to see the reviews from their customers and not friends/family. I got 8 laser treatments done for jawline and they did the job they were supposed to only for the last three treatments and that too after several (polite) arguments. I still have several patches around the treatment area and they said if I continue doing the treatments it will go away. Hello! If you did your job for what you were initially paid for, it would've worked by now. Anyway, I was sick of their management-has-changed-so-policy-has-changed excuses and them rescheduling appointment last minute 3/8 times but wouldnt accomodate yours even once and charge $20 no-show fees when you call to reschedule (please note those are no-show fees not cancellation fees) so will not be continuing my business here. The lady at front desk/phone will try to be super sweet but is quite a bit of liar(!). Watch out and just make sure you have record of ALL the things discussed when you interact. Especially before/after pictures and treatment area/s to cover. Response to owner: In that case, I should get refund for $60 for you cancelling/rescheduling 3× times within 24 hours of appointment? I understand laser results are not guaranteed, BUT if you did all paid treatments correctly the results would've been better than what they are currently."

I came in with a headache and a very tight neck, and by the end of the session, the headache was gone and my neck felt better than it has in a long time. My husband had similar relief in his upper back and neck. We both really appreciated the use of stretches as part of the massage—such a thoughtful and effective touch. The techniques felt personalized and different from the standard routine you might find elsewhere. It was super smooth, my questions were answered and the treatment itself was awesome. Going into it I hadn’t had nails in years and only planned to get again for my wedding, they have made me fall back in love with getting myself nails again and I have been back for 3 sets SINCE my wedding. Mandy is my girl!!! Amazing is not even close to the work she does!! The last two times I have shown her very intricate ideas for my nails with each nail being different, she EXCEEDS my expectations with her talent everytime! My favourite thing every time I’ve shown her a photo I start with “if it is possible” and she returns with “I can do anything for you!” I have also gone to another nail tech while Mandy was away (I forget her name) but she was also great! Also got a pedicure done for my wedding, it was the best pedicure that I have ever had! This place is truly the best!!"

"I recently had a consultation at Skin Vitality Medical Clinic for a CoolSculpting procedure, and my experience took an unfortunate turn. Due to an unexpected medical issue, I could not proceed with the treatment. I reached out to the clinic to request a refund of my deposit, as I am unable to work and any financial assistance would be greatly appreciated during this challenging time. Initially, I was directed to email their patient care team, which I did not once, but twice, without receiving any response. After not hearing back, I decided to text the clinic, and was informed that they would follow up with patient care on my behalf. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for any communication regarding my request. While I understand that my deposit may not be significant to the clinic, it is to me. I feel that my concerns have been overlooked, and it seems that the clinic prioritizes financial gains over patient care. I initially rated my experience as five stars because of the positive atmosphere and professionalism I encountered upon arrival. However, this experience has led me to feel that once they have your money, they are less concerned about your needs. I hope that Skin Vitality Medical Clinic can improve their communication and customer service, especially in sensitive situations like mine. It’s disheartening to feel dismissed, and I sincerely hope for a resolution to my refund request soon."
